This pattern comes from a carpet I bought 15 years ago. Its style is a blend of Turkish, Chinese and Russian inspirations of the beginning of 20th century. It comes from the Samarkand weaves and it is quite hard to source nowadays.

As always, as I loved this pattern, I wanted to have more of it! That how the curtain came in.

I needed to have it very fresh, a bit naive with a “trompe l’oeil”trick.

This very graphic curtain adapt to diverse styles.
Use singly or in multitude it always works.
